In the shadow of the Beanstalk, who you know is infrastructure. SotB tracks favors (small / regular / big) with factions: NAPD, corps, orgcrime, loonies, activists, etc.

At chargen you may **owe** a favor for extra XP or credits (debt). In play, favors open doors, pull records, and create plot hooks when collected.
