Your career skills are highlighted in green. You may spend XP to increase skill ranks up to a maximum of 2 during character creation. You have to pick up to 4 skills for free from your career skill list.

You can either take the standard 1,000 credits to purchase your own gear, OR you can take your career's specific starting gear package below, which comes with a smaller, variable amount of credits.
You start with 1,000 credits to spend on equipment. This will be reflected in your final summary.

Motivations are the core drivers of your character. They guide your roleplaying decisions and can be used by the GM to create compelling story hooks.
